Top level in all respects

Our work starts with listening

Because nobody knows your product better than you do. Once we have acquainted ourselves with your ideas, we can set about our task and will be able to provide you with professional advice on this basis. We cooperate with you as a partner in the planning stages in a joint effort to find a solution under cost and benefit aspects.

Handling, use and lifetime reflect product quality

Many Weber controllers have been in operation for over 35 years and still do their duty every day. We attach great importance to quality in the Weber team, a philosophy that all our processes are based on.

Modular design lends flexibility

We are not selling to you what we have, but designing for you what you actually need. Our CAN bus technology permits the modular production of controllers. If the basic module won’t suffice, special wishes will be realized with extra add-on control modules. This way of working guarantees a consistently high level for the production process. Which is why we like to ask: Anything else for you?

No delivery without quality assurance

Before a lift control leaves our house, it has been put through its paces by our quality assurance. This means that all control functions have been tested. Our experienced test engineers are able to simulate all external devices with the help of modern, computer-assisted test stations. The functional tests are electronically logged and the logs are evaluated und used to improve the production process in turn. Only then will we hand over a preconfigured and functionally tested control unit.

Good German quality workmanship

We have shown you pictures of our control elements to illustrate the subject of lift control. But our greatest asset is actually our competent team of dedicated specialists. Because control engineering is manual work. Competent consulting, planning, production, testing and delivery processes can only be ensured by the long-term employment of experienced staff. We transfer this knowledge to our new employees. But we also train our colleagues over and beyond that to enable their use of the latest technical work equipment. This puts us in a position to surprise the market with innovative products.

Quality management: the impartial third party

We have already briefly mentioned it in the section on quality assurance: a quality management system must be lived. Are routine work processes still optimal? Are there changes in the market that need to be responded to or may even present opportunities for innovations? Without wanting to, companies tend to arrange themselves with an internal comfort level. To avoid this to the greatest possible extent, we have voluntarily opted for an external quality consultant to add a different perspective to the discussion. Our stringent quality requirements are regularly confirmed by a third party in our certification as per EN ISO 9001:2008.

Personal service – also in emergencies

Our controller modules are deliberately designed to enable their easy installation and start-up. If the need should ever arise nonetheless, our service team is always available to you on the telephone for enquiries and technical support. And if there are unforeseen problems, we will support you locally. So if there should ever be any problems in the many years of operating a system, simply give us a call and we will help you.
